my boy f in another country is in a very bad situation. it seems to be reason why he contacts me less and less, even be silent. what should i do:
- move on
- ask my friend to come to him and check it out since he may needs some helps.

As his girlfriend, you should first try to understand and be patient with him. If time is what he needs, give it to him. And if you're a very dedicated girlfriend, you'd fly to the other country to him to be by his side at his lows... but if this "bad situation" is just him not calling you at all and seeming to lose interest in you, then ditch him.

When he does contact you, you need to be firm in asking what the problem is. When a person really loves there partner they confide in them first. So I wish you luck

gut instincts are what i would follow.
moving on will not be a bad choice. if he is your destiny, then he'll surely come back.
