Ok, so I have green eyes, and I already wear clear contacts because I need them in order to see correcly. I am going in for my annual optometry appointment, and I have been seriously debating on whether or not I should renew my clear contact prescription or change to colored contacts. I was considering getting the Caribbean Aqua color from FreshLook Contacts. I am blonde with fair skin, just like the model in the second picture. The first link is a picture of my eyes with their natural color, and the second link is the contacts model with the Caribbean Aqua contacts. It would be greatly appreciated if guys AND girls could give me their input on which would look better. The makeup I use is pretty similar to that of the model, and our hair color and complexion are similar, though I am a bit tanner. Thank you for your input.

Well you should definately try them on first. I heard color contacts make your vision blurry so that could be a problem and you already have pretty green eyes so theres not much a need to get blue-green contacts since your eye color is already similar.

The model's eyes are creepy. They don't look natural; it's like she's got cartoon eyes. I don't know if the colored lenses will make you look like that, but shouldn't you be able to try them out or something before you decide?
Why not just get one pair normal and one pair colored?

Personally, the eyes on the model scared the crap out of me, but that's cuz I have a fear of blue eyes. I think that getting the colored contacts would definitely make your eyes more noticable and stand out more . .. just don't come around me. :)

Hmmm... Seriously, I think you have to consider whether if you wear a colored contact lens, does the colored lens color cover the natural color of your eyes. If it doesn't really cover the natural color of your eyes, then why spend money to buy colored lens?

looks good go for it. it's close enough to your eye color that it shouldn't cause some drastic oddity in your look, so don't worry about it. hope all goes well.

i think that you would look very nice in thoughs contacts, personaly I go for a more natural look but you would look nice
