Yukino and Arima from Kare Kano.
They have the most emotionally involved relationship I've ever seen with an anime/manga. It's so realistic!
Yukino poses herself as the perfect student all her life. Good looks, perfect grades, popular, etc.
When she's at home however, she's a whole different person. She plans on keeping this part of her life a secret from her classmates and continuing through high school living this split life.
However, her plans are interrupted with the introduction of Arima. He is the perfect student, cool, good looking, and popular.
Yukino can't stand it, and devotes her time to hating Arima and outdoing him. This however causes her to lose some sleep and during one of her classes begins to drift off with a pen n her mouth.
After contemplating how she almost ended her own life she takes a quick look around to see if anyone saw her do that, and it was her luck that the only person staring at her was Arima.
Between this incident, and another one involving him seeing her at home, he now has fodder to blackmail her into helping him with some of his school work and after school duties.
She sees him as a mean master and begins to hate him even more, until he confesses to her that the only reason he had been doing those things all along was that he liked her and just wanted to spend some time with her.
The story only grows from there, if you'd want a personal theme for them, I'd say it would be "The Reason" by Hoobastank. Great description of the relationship and the show. It is one of the few Shoujo's I like.

sakura and shaoran from cardcaptor sakura! sakura is so cute! and they totally didn't get along at first because shaoran was mean but how could he not like her when she was so nice to him? and it's great how he always got all red-faced in the later episodes especially in the movie at the end with the teddy bear! i won't give anything away if you haven't seen it, but they are a great couple!
