In Puerto Rico the majority of the homes are made of concrete. I did inspections there and noticed many homes leaked through the cement roofs due to inadequate sealing of the roofs. What I also noticed in some was the rebar had rusted severely due to the moisture, making it virtually useless. In time, those concrete roofs can collapse due to failure of the rebar to support them.
My point is, if it's a simple leak it can be sealed, but if possible check the steel inside the concrete to be sure it's still safe.

I believe it's not wise to purchase a home with a cracked concrete roof. Especially if its for u to live in with family, maybe if u plannig to fix it up and its cheap to re sell.

Any seepage in any roof, (especially concrete!) is a warning sign! Don't do it! Nooooo! OK, you've been warned....

No, that kind of repair (and you will have to repair it) would be extremely expensive. Have a good home inspector go over any home you plan to buy. You want to know everything before it is too late.

No.
Water is the homeowner's enemy. There could be water damage in unseen places.
