I am beginning to work out. I am a vegeteranian. Can someone suggest how to gain as much protein from veg diet as possible. I am also thinking of taking whey protein supplements.

I would really like to know what can I eat to gain protein.

I eat eggs too, I am going to eat 4 whole eggs per day, is that alright??

If you eat eggs and milk you should not worry about getting enough protein. Eggs are the standard for a complete protein source (all essential amino acids). Soybeans are another excellent protein source. Other foods such as rice, beans have protein but it is not as high a quality as eggs, milk and soybeans (think tofu).
