It does not seem to matter how educated one is we tend to be insensitive when it comes to others dying or suffering... we have mechanisms to justify our crimes and demonising others as though they deserve their fate.

Have you ever considered why we are so partisan? Please share your insights.

I think it's because we are bombarded daily with violence in newspapers and television stories,that pretty soon we become inured to it,become desensitized to it.And most peoples attitude is,"It's not happening to me,it doesn't affect me,so why should I care."

Well, since you support the terrorists that strap bombs onto their backs and blow up civilians, women, and children, perhaps you should be asking yourself the same thing? That seems pretty partisan to me. Why are you so anti-Isreal- isnt that partisanship?
