yes, but it will probably require after market, or a change of front/rear axles. On newtrucks, you have independent front suspension so it will require many modifications.

It can be done as I changed my 1970 car to a larger bolt pattern, but same premesis. I had to change my rear axles, and my front break system that utilizes the different bolt style.

Just remember, any change you make in tire size, you will expotentially decrease in your spedomoter accuracy unless you get a new gear in your transmission for the specified tire size. Charts are available, but you will probably have to search different sources for different makes and years.

You can use a bolt-on adapter. If you're asking this question , I'm assuming that you are not a machinist. I have no idea what they would cost to buy. This will however cause clearance / offset issues. Depending on the backspacing of your new rims this may or may not be a good idea.

No, I can't convert the truck.

However, a qualified mechanic could.

Call a few and find out rather than relying on an unreliable response in a forum.

Heh heh, Chester3 thinks talking to a 'reliable' mechanic is more credible than this forum.

Cracks me up.
