Ya know, those ones they use in beta fish tanks? Well, I have one in a little ceramic pot with nothing but rocks and marbles. But I was constantly forgetting to water it, so I put it by my bathroom sink so everytime I went in there I would see it and remember to care for it. Then, about a few weeks ago I noticed it was starting to get HUGE. It used to just be three little stems, and now each stem has atleats 15 leaves on it. I would undertsand if I had like windows or something in my bathroom, but all the light it's getting is from when I'm actually in there. Someone told me it might be because of the humidity from my showers. Is that true?

Yes that seems logical. Bamboo is the 'new' wood that is being planted and used in furniture and flooring. It is simple to grow and it grows quickly and multiples quickly all so. It does grow under dark areas like porches and cave type entry ways.

Yep, it likes the humidity.
No windows in your bathroom? That is unusual, plants need sunlight. Hate to see what happens if it ever got a little sun.
