there are over the counter treatments ..i would recommend a spray powder..at least twice a day. spray it in your shoes too.
also use baby powder in your socks and shoes inbetween times to keep your feet dry. soak your feet in hot soapy water twice daily before you apply the desinex or tenactin spray powder.. this will cure the problem. do this for at least 3 weeks. good luck.

My Grandsons two big toes were swollen about 3 months ago, I took him to our family Doctor, and right away he diagnosed the problem as ingrown toenails to be the cause of my grandsons painful swollen toes.Doc gave prescription for antibiotics, which cured the problem. I`m sure you need Medical treatment especially since you say it`s all of your toes. I pray all will go well for you, and that you`ll soon be in the best of health.

Wash your shoes ,use gold bond powder in them , wash your feet really well and dry really well let your feet get air as much as possible and use foot spray for athletes foot before you put your shoes on. Your Mom knows your feet are this bad?If not you need to tell her. also soaking for a few minutes a day in baking soda water will help.
