i recently purchased a dodge 1976 and was told it came from a base. it has very strabge lighting, flashers and what not from behind the grill. also alot of communication hook ups behind the seat. it has a 318, i was wondering if all the military versions were 4 wheel drive all time.

If it has a shifter for the transfer case inside the cab then it's not full time. Can you unlock the front hubs? Sounds like you bought a pig in a poke.
