Why do you WANT one, to be like all the girls out there? If you really want a belly ring, just go for it!
But in all honesty... YOUR A GUY! That should be the only reason you need NOT to get one.

I worked with a guy once that had one and he had a tattoo that went around it too. he was not gay. It looked very silly and strange on him
