Click on "File" in the upper left corner of computer. Scroll down to "save as", type in the name you want to give file, click save. Mission accomplished.

Easy enough, right click, save to: doccuments.
This having been said, be very careful downloading picture files and music files, both should be scanned before download with a good AV (Antivirus) utility. For me it is a rule of thumb; if it is free SCAN IT.

To save any pix (if it is not prohibited intentionaly) just right click and chose save picture as...
it wil display the location window, u chose a location and save it.
