Hello, this is kind of stupid but is there any way of making my car's windows bullet proof?, do you know if any one ever done this, (I know that wells fargo trucks are) but I mean a car, I have a Black corvette 2004, and some punks tried to make me a car jack (and they shot me in the right arm) but i'm ok, thanks to God.
Please help me, that time I was alone but I have a wife and 2 kids
If you know of someone or have pictures of one please post the site... Thanks

Well, it's not going to be easy hauling your wife & 2 kids in the black bulletproof 2004 Corvette.
To make your vehicle bulletproof, you are better off with a metal vehicle, not a fiberglass Corvette.
Get something with heavy unrecycled metal like an old Chevy Van, a panel van with no windows. Line the inside of the van with metal plates. Where you must have windows, such as the windshield and driver/passenger windows, overlay them with thick Lexan.
Fill the tires with expanding insulation foam so they won't go flat if shot at. Mount a cattle guard on the front for ramming.
While you are at it, equip the van with armament so you can shoot back. You can load a cannon in the back so it rotates to the side or back. Have automated cable actuated or hydraulic doors that open via a switch so you can drive and fire the cannon remotely. Use video cameras for targeting with monitors on the dash so you can keep your eyes on the road. Have a port in the driver's door for a handgun. Cover the hole with a magnetic sign on the outside, "Joe's Flower Shop" or something nice.
You could put the Corvette's engine in the van for extra escape muscle.

Hummers are a joke, they are just dressed up Suburbans. The H1 may have had a shred of resemblance to a military vehicle and could possibly be rigged for armor. However, they stick out like a sore thumb, and staying incognito is 90% staying alive when people are gunning for you. In addition, why would you want to drive an expensive vehicle that might get shot up with holes? Hello?

There are plenty of bullet proofed cars, but mainly larger limos and SUVs used in government. I really don't think you could, or would want to do it to a 'Vette. The thickness and weight of the material wouldn't be practical and would probably look terrible.

Sure you can, it's going to take a lot of money though. The president rides around in a bulletproof limo. Expect the doors to be VERY heavy.

I don't know if they make bullet proof glass for corvettes, but true bullet proofing is usual more than glass. There are companies that do it for limos or full-sized lux cars. contact one and ask if they can do your glass too

i saw a special on tv a place makes armor cars and limos and they do custom cars but i dont know the name but it was very expensive if you believe in god just dont worry about it make peace with the ones that shot you and go on with life living in fear isnt living and on bad experience shouldnt run your entire life accept your future and dont worry about death everone will die unless raptured so just make the best of life as practical as possible unless you have billions of extra dollars to spend then a million on a car might be practical im not making fun of you i just believe people create stress by trying to control uncontrolable thing in there life instead of accepting them and goin on

You have to get thick windows im not sure what they are called and you have to buy a solid body kit to prevent bullents from going deep into the main structure of the car.

there are special companies that will make your car bullet proof and will make a difference in apperance but not bad though. however it is very expensive
