I admire the fact that he has the guts to show his face in public after all he's done. That's one brave man.

He isnt brave, he is stubborn. He has cheated his way out of Vietnam and the military, lied to the American public, and generally has shown very little leadership. I know every president has lovers and haters, even George Washington was hated by a LOT of Americans when he was in office. I have yet to really seem him show any courage at all. After he leads troops in battle, from the front lines (like James Madison did), then yes I would say he was brave. But not now.

TO BRAINSHOVELER AND PURPLE: You guys need to stop sniffing paint. One, bush has got a pair. He can lie right to your face & could give a rat's ***. You neo-cons kill me. You always turn it around to where you are the victim or you make it so "liberals" are soft on the country. Let me tell you knuckleheads something - bush served our country in the rest lounge of his home in Texas. Didn't inhale? How about bush sniffing cocaine? Forgot about that one? You stated if you said bush was a great president, you would be told you were unamerican. You were the same people who stated if people like us didn't agree to go to Iraq, WE were unamerican! Remember that? Quit wasting space on Yahoo! Answers if you have nothing to say, or at least put the meth down....

I do...and when history records his accomplishments, he'll be rocognized for all he has done. These same people who mock him probably also think America is to blame for most of the world's problems, 911 in particular. Same kind of talk happened prior to WWII and I can only imagine how our life would have turned out today under a Nazi Germany regime. Bottom line, it's always easy to second guess important decisions that affect our way of life...most of it comes from people whom can't decide where to eat when going out. I applaud his moral courage to stand and fight, without it, we'd have seen more terrorism in this country...and I sure as hell hope whoever takes over in '08 has that as well.

George Bush is about the poorest example of a pesident I have seen in all my 52 years.
Not only has he taken us into a war that was not needed, he's destroying our country in the process. Funding for about everything is being chopped across the board, taxes are going up, prices are going up, social programs are at a all time low, our streets are falling apart.
The President's job is to look out for the best interrests of the American people, strengthen the country, improve our way of life and see that our society advances.
Bush is doing everything but that. Our sons and daughters are being killed, our schools are growing weaker and weaker, crime is on the rise, drug dealing is on the rise, people are loosing everything due to high prices and high taxes, and nothing is being done about it by our government. Our national budget is off the charts.
How anyone can think that Bush is a good presiden is more than I can fathom.

I admire him tremendously...I believe that the man has kept us safe...and I believe that it was a divine intervention that he became President in the first place...He is a great man, who has sacrificed his own public reputation for what he believes is the right thing...I am sure he could've done nothing after 9/11 and had a lot more people like him. But he's got balls and the compassion for this country that we need in order to stand up for ourselves and protect ourselves...

nobody is allowed to think that george bush is anything except an idiot. i bet there will be lots more people that respond to your question to tell you that your an A$$hole or that george bush is so stupid blah blah blah. its almost like your not american if you like the president. i feel bad for you for even asking. for the most part nobody has any idea what they are talking about and probably spend more time jerking off than watching the news.

The worst attack on American native land exceeded off on Bush's watch.. over 3,000 individuals died because of his failure to guard the country on 9/11. to cover up for his failure, he over reacted. He tried to overcompensate for it by using invading the incorrect u . s . and committing warfare crimes. he will bypass down in history because the dumbest and worst President interior the union's history.
