Yes you need your sleep at puberty. If you don't, you'll be cranky and will cause problems for your body and your brain. You need sleep. Forget hanging out and stuff, night is for sleeping. Try going to bed early and see how much better you feel the next day.

I dont think so... I have sleep something or other that i can never remember and i cant sleep flat and we didnt figure this out until this past year but yet out of all my 13 yr old friends im the farthest along in puberty (im not gay guys just talk you know?) so before i had these test done i slept on a normal bed but couldent get a goodnights sleep ever. (i still cant cause im on depression meds now but yea)
