My bet would be your partner is not taking the time to bring you to climax. A penis is not the only way you can climax. There are a number of other means he could and should use. Get some education. Adult literature can be harsh but helpful. As a youth, I was shameful, I must have been 21 or 22 before I even knew a woman could have any fun. I grew up before sex ed and I am not particularly proud of it. At least you live in a time when help is available, please avail yourself of it...

Probably not. It's not at all uncommon for women to have difficulty reaching a climax during sex. Often times, it takes rather longer to occur for a woman than it does for a man.
In many cases, it's a problem of methodology. Perhaps the man isn't lasting long enough, or not stimulating the woman in the right ways. It's something that you've got to practice and experiment with. And don't be afraid to discuss it with the other person, it can go a long way towards reaching a solution.
Sometimes it's a matter of sexual dysfunction. Just like some men have a hard time getting an erection, some women have a hard time getting pleasure from sex. That's probably not the case with you, but if it is, you may try seeing a doctor. I don't know if there are any solutions for that, but a doctor certainly will.

wrong partners, not enough stimulation possibly some kind of medical problem most women seem to take a long time to come and dont always come no matter what kind of stimulation is provided to them
