Oh HECK YES!!! Reminds me of my old boss he used to call customers that (he was a perv) and it FREAKS me out!!! Hate it! Absolutley do!!! Glad to see I'm not the only one!!!

I used to. It also depends on who's calling you that. It still bugs me with some people. It's just a nice way to regard someone. You're forced to do it when you work with clients or special needs people all day. Just nice manners.

I'm guilty of throwing it in when I'm on the phone (as in, "thanks hon!"). I'm a 36 year old research librarian, so maybe its just a generational thing. I don't generally overuse it though.

Yes , yes , yes , and yes. I was chattin with a guy and he kept calling me that , and I asked him to stop, but he didnt , so I blocked him . it's so annoying.

no i don't mind it its OK.I'm not like call me that or ill be pissed.u know.but i don't mind if my friend or my bf calls me that.
