The best way to lose weight is to put your food on a smaller plate and pretend you are eating more than you actually are, and exercise ten minutes more each day and pretend it's ten minutes less. Don't eat after 8:00 p.m. Everything you eat after 8:00 turns to FAT. No exceptions. Eating late is a bad habit that one must get out of and this I know from experience.

Eat a low carb diet. Eat 30 grams of carbs a day and mostly in the morning. Try to eat lean meats, fish and chicken. Avoid any white sauces. LOTS OF WATER. Almost a gallon a day. In the first 2 weeks you can lose up to 8 lbs. You have to maintain though. Don't go back to your old eating habits!!!!!!!!!

hahaz.. This will b my third time answering this question.
oka.. while this may sound easy but it take determination.
regular run(daily)
n some light exercise first to let ur body get use of working den followed by tough ones.
for diet:
Eat more fruits n drink more water
avoid eating food contain carbo n fats
avoid drinking soft drink/ sweet drink.
advice:
instead of eating 3 meals a day, take 6 meal a day but in small portion. easy for u to digest.

Wanna lose weight? QUIT EATING! Just kidding, that's a joke between me and my husband. Seriously though, drink lots of water, eat healthy foods and do 20 minutes of exercise at least three times a week. Good luck.

I can't emphasize more on exercise. Swimming, jogging even walking and something as simple as climbing the stairs.
Cut down on snacks and soft drinks.
You can see the results after 2 weeks.

one of my girlfriends lost three kilos in one week by jumping rope 1000x daily. i'd propose taking apple cider vinegar wiht a glass of water before meal - u can expect to lose an additional 8-10 pounds.

Eat right, no fast foods, chocolate, or junk food.
Exercise regularly, run a couple of miles everyday to keep in shape. Yoga also works.

Try fitday.com or sparkpeople.com .You will definitely start losing weight just by tracking your calories and limiting your intake to the suggested amount (on sites like fitday.) They do a "program" based on your stats and lifestyle. And best of all, it's FREE!
