The histology of glands considers the introduction of product.
Glandular Tissue are organized arrangements of secretory cells which contains features that are all associated with organized mass production of protein for export to differentiated areas of the body.
The simple example I chose to use is the glandular tissue production of mother's milk. I get my share every day and I hope you do.

What it secretes is dependant on which gland it is.
anything from saliva to growth hormone to insulin.
