Can i give it to my friend as a gift?

Go to kino bookstore at Taka, they have a wide range of tarot decks, ranging from the classic rider white decks to various themes like natural, LOTRs, supernatural and even dark themes. Guess you have to find one that suits your friend personality

If you are looking for a set of nice and affordable Tarot Cards, try out some Popular Bookstores (like the one in Bras Brasah) or Times, they do have quite nice and cheaper sets.
Best is like what our upper level answered, at Kino. :P

I know the best place u can buy 1! Comics Connection! Plaza, Toa Pahyo, etc...There are a range of choices, from idols to anime characters! And the quality is quite good also.
The price i think is about $5, affordable definately!
PS: It will be a great gift if the character of the card is whom your friend likes!
