There are a lot of counties that border two other states, usually found where three states meet at a single point. There are a few that border three other states. But is there a county that borders four other states? I await answers wiith great interest.

Yes, Madison County borders Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin

Apache county in Arizona has an Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Colorado border

Don't know about a county, but Aurora, IL (west of Chicago) lies within Kane, DuPage, Will, and Kendall counties.
