Your question caught my eye!. Life is short! don't let anyone tell you otherwise, WEAR IT! If you are in great shape, kind of slender, & a somewhat little person, not much bust and not many curves then I would go for a "wonder bra", (this will also make them "wonder" what happened to you over the summer!) to give you some added shape, beneath a v neck polo top, or top that fits! Nothing you will lose yourself in. This will accuentuate your tiny waist, too! Rib knit long sleeve top with an eye catching vest just to keep you covered! zip up or tie up! It wouldn't hurt to keep a pair of leggings on hand to wear under a mini dress! Gotta be imaginative! Try a knee length straight skirt that zips up the back with maybe a brown or khaki half jacket, & flare or boot cut twills, velvets, khaki, or denim jeans or bibs, or cord jumper, (or skort with opaque hosiery & baby doll shoes) [Mary Janes], oxfords, or penny loafers should work well with argyles.

If your in great shape, not too thin, but just right, try the great looking new slightly longer length fitted blazer in khaki or lightweight denim, with a v-neck style polo or tee with some sort of bling! A shorter style crop jacket only accentuates the bustline, which you want to avoid at all costs!!! a vest works well over somewhat fitting knits, you'll want a vest or 2 on hand this season! Straight leg slacks in rich warm colors, with a bit of spandex, depending on where you live, pin whale cords are soft & warm for the fall & winter, knits are another option.. . There are some great stretchy 3/4 sleeve blouses with cuffs, with a touch of spandex that are a must have! They button down with slightly larger buttons, not teeny tiney ones, & they are fitted in solid or verticle stripes, hot colors are rasberry, orange, red, lemon, turquoise, then beige, tan & black stripe, light, dark blue verticle stripe & plum, don't forget warm brown!. Shoes think: clogs, loafers, a nicely 2" heeled lace up boot, or Mary Janes as they never go out of style. Oh, and don't forget the Ameribag! You can get them in all sizes! It won't slip off your shoulder, & they hold all the essentials, & then some, these bags carry you easily over from season to season, as there is a variety of colors, sizes, and materials to choose from! they are great as they are ergonomically designed to make your load 1/3 lighter than if you were to carry any other bag! "Who wants the same thing everyone else has anyway?!" You will love this bag if you don't have one already! I hope ths helps! You'll look marvelous, gauranteed!

Kat if you feel your to skinny, try weight lifting. I just read about a 52 y/o woman who took up weight lifting to lose weight and help get diabetes under control.

She has lost over 50lbs and says she is much stronger, sleeps much better, and she is cutting medication. She says weight lifting has improved every aspect of life and will continue weight lifting to get her weight down what she wants it to be.

She said she had tried many diets and none were successful by themselves. She tried weight lifting as a last resort because she was getting sicker.

She now loves her weight lifting sessons, looks forward to them, and misses them when doesn't do it. She had such a super result at 52 and you being younger would have a super result too.

I'm a 51 y/o male and have been a weight lifter most of my life. I can tell you from personal experience that weight lifting is super good for you. I sleep like a baby, I never have to diet, I eat like a horse and no weight problems.

Weight lifting rehaded me from being so badly burned at 12 in 1966 that I should have died. I was supposed to be crippled. Now I weigh 245lbs, have 18" arms, 26" legs, a 50" chest and have super health.

As a senior in high school I won the strongest athlete in Memphis award in the heavy weight division. I weighed 307lbs and I could run a 4.7 second 40 yard dash. I came back from being a cripple to being a huge strong giant of a guy with just 3 years of weight lifting.

I'm stronger than 99% of the guys who are 18-19 at 51 and girls think I'm 35-36. I like what weight lifting has done for me and I know many women who weight lift regularly, they love it as much as I do.

It is false that women get real big muscles from weight lifting. You want to be strong, long, lean, and toned? Do weight lifting 3 times a week with light weights. You will like the results, and after a while this is slow proccess, you'll be a match for many guys in strength and endurance.

You will become long, lean, strong, and well toned but without having big manly looking muscles. Guys will be all over you, we guys like a long, lean, strong, toned women! THEY ARE HOT!

The library has books that will give a good work out for women. It only takes from 30 minutes to get a good work out. You will look better and younger, feel better, sleep better, have better health, and be much more resistant to getting sick. Like Nike says just do it!

Go slow life is long and with time you will have gone from skinny to HOT! You will have more boy friends, more fun, more attention, and life will be great. You will not have to diet, you can eat what you like, out go, out do, and out live the people who don't weight lift!

it depends on your figure. if you have sort of a boy figure, realy skinny, flat all around, not much bust and not many curves the I would go for skinny jeans and a pretty cami with a cute blazer over it

if you are a skinny hour-glass figure with a fuller bust go for a knee length flowy skirt with maybe a brown or turquoise shirt with a jean half jacket...doesnt go down to your waist, more like mid-abs or just below the bust...but still long sleeves.

good luck. and be fabulous

a backpack.

to carry books.

the reason that you are going to school in the first place.

the skinniness of your body seems to be irrelevant to that purpose.
