I think that is a problem with movies nowadays. Everyone always wants another one and sooner or later, they come out with the movie that ruins the franchise. I think the second was great and the third will be just as good if not better but that is enough.
A Nightmare on Elm Street... should have stayed with one or atleast rehired Craven to do the others. But the franchise went to crap and they didn't bring him back it was actually meant to be just one but the studios were thinking about making money, not great movies.
Friday the 13th was so drawn out especially for a villain that is when all is said and done. one dimensional.
Halloween...freaky till about the 200th one... same deal with Hellraiser.
Rocky... omg... an EPIC wonderful franchise... then they did Rocky V which was one of the WORST movies to be ever made. Completely ruined the franchise and stole the magic from it.
Studios and producers should concentrate on making better, seperate movies rather than look to gain a quick buck of of sequels that take away from the originals.

Well I love the 1st one, haven't seen the second one but heard it was really gay. So if all of the other movies continue to be gay then they aren't going to make moolâ¥h!
