You probably have to set the channel on the TV to the "svideo" channel. Most don't have a way to change to this setting without using the remote. But try going from channel 2 down one station. You may also have to redirect the output from the monitor on your computer to the video card using a function key combination, or check that you don't have the cable plugged into the output port instead of the input port on the TV.

i'm no longer particular what the "YC2" and "YC3" channels are on the television, yet regularly you want to opt for an auxiliary video source (likely categorized Video a million, Video 2, ...) particularly than a printed channel with the intention to work out the inputs on an S-Video cable. examine your television's guide for which enter designation is assigned to the S-Video enter, and then use the On-show screen-Menu to opt for this video enter source.

a couple possibilities:
-make sure that your TV is set to be using the s-video input.
-does the video card have multiple outputs? make sure it's trying to drive the correct one.
-make sure you have the driver for the video card installed and running.

1. check display properties>settings and make sure that you select multiple screen (2nd one) and on advance setting make sure that tv is selected
2. check on your tv that you are on the right svideo output (either svideo1 or 2)
