What do you mean stay out? I believe the US will militarily stay out of the current Israeli-Arab conflict. But remember, we have over 100,000 troops in Iraq which is also the Middle East, so I'm not sure what you are really asking. I think that the US will get involved diplomatically within a few days to try to mediate a cease-fire between Israel and her Arab neighbors- especially if the price of oils jumps above $85 a barrel. The article below is pretty good.

We are already in it! This is a proxy war on both sides. Hezbolah is fighting for Iran and Israel is fighting for the United States. Of course, Israel has its own dog in this fight, but this fight is to keep democracy in the Middle East. If Israel loses is there any hope for fledgling democracy Iraq? Also, this war is to keep Muslim extremists from gaining anymore ground in the Middle East. Whatever the rest of the Middle East thinks Israel does have a right to exist! If Hezbolah and Palestine were disarmed there would be peace. If Israel was disarmed they would be destroyed - now tell me which one is the problem!

We are already involved but we should be playing mediator along wit the rest of the U.N. and trying to stop another World War. We should not, however, stick our (metiphorically speaking) big american gun in the are and threaten anyone into to silence. It won't work. Further agressing just breeds more aggression. This needs to stop.

Stay out. None of their concern except for getting Americans out of there. Why? B/c USA is not the 911 for the world and Israel can fight it's own battle, and the Hezbollah are getting exactly what they deserve.

Yeah, it doesn't concern us. After so many of our soldiers died, I think we should have left, and let the middle east demolish their own countries. The U.S are nosy neighbors, we are always sticking our nose in were it doesn't concern us.

We have interests there. So we should get involved. We should do more talking, and less bombing, however.
