How could the half of humanity who are good people reach the other half who seem to want to be too barbaric?

so you automatically think you're the good half, eh? In the bible when someone called Jesus GOOD he reprimanded them and said non are good but the Holy Ghost - I'm not a christian but this works for me. So called GOOD people are often just a group of bigots with similar sound or unsound opinions that make them feel good.

I don't think it quite works as 50 - 50 as your question suggests, but we're certainly in touch. They bomb us and we invade them back.
