See a doctor --he will peek into your ear and may send you to have a hearing test.

THere are many possible things that could cause ou to have this problem. It could be temporary or more serious than that.

See a doctor becuase it is unlikely to vanish by itself and never come back.

Always wear ear plugs around loud music, clubs are bad, it could be that you have damaged your inner ear, when you get older you could end up with Tinnitus, a constant ringing in the ears all due to exposure to loud music. You may have wax build up, don;t put peroxide in your ears or cotton buds etc, try wax removal drops and thats all, the best thing for you to do is make an appointment with a E.N.T Surgeon, he will check your hearing and clean your ears out with a special little vacuum, I have had it done, it works the best, dont try anything yourself apart from ear drops. You hearing is so sensitive it can be damaged easily, believe me. I have had years of wax build and always had a doctor flush them with water, wish I never did, also I was one of these people that always listened to loud music everywhere, also mobile phones etc etc , now I am suffering with Tinnitus a constant loud ringing in my ears 24 / 7 it drives me mad, there is nothing that can be done, I have to take valium to calm me down because the ringing starts anxiety and panic attacks, I wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy, so all u guys out there Protect your Ears, wear earplugs!!! stay away from loud music and yes the mobile phone as well, especially bluetooth, its a proven fact that the radiation ommitted whilst your phone is dialing is damaging may even cause tumors, why risk it? use speaker phone! I hope this has helped you.

no you can't clean entire shaft by your self, go to some pro to be cleaned manually.

for recovery, go to peace and quiet place every week or so
