orthopedic doctors is best solution, go to a good lady orthopedic, follow their instructions carefully, it is a delicate part. It will heal, but take time, take care. throughout your life you have to be careful. Take promogranate daily.

My brother was in a horrific motorcycle accident where he broke his pelvis (along with several other bones). A screw was put into it to hold it together.

It took him almost 6 weeks to stand on it (even though he wasn't supposed to put weight on his ankle, leg, and pelvis). He is walking now, and it's been almost a year since the accident. It takes a LOT of physical therapy and strength of will to come back from something as devestating as a motorcycle accident.

Good luck and Best Wishes!!

It depends on how badly you were fractured and whether you needed pins and plates., ect.
General time frame is 4-6 months, but it could be up to a year.

Good Luck!

Usually 6 weeks to get out of the cast, and a year to fully knit.

if you're young, it'll heal fast; if you smoke, it'll delay the healing, so quit smoking if you do (smoking does something to make your blood stream go slower, so it takes longer for the blood to flow and heal th ebone) my doc told me when I broke my foot
