Arabian sea is on the western side of India and the states who have arabian sea on the west border are Gujrat,Maharashtra,Goa,Karnataka and

OK, serious answer it is just below the Persian Gulf, and above the Indian Ocean. It is bordered by India, Pakistan, Oman & Yeman --that neck of the woods there.
