It depends on the crabs size and the fishes size. If the crab is larger than ur fish than it can kill then but if the fish are larger than then the carb could be killed the danios could be in threat, the crab could be a meal 4 the gouramis

Crabs are usually bottom feeders, but they do like that fresh meat as well. I would talk with someone at the pet store and see what they think. I would not try it with out consulting someone that deals with them on a professional basis.

crabs are a scavenger. they eat anything. dead or alive. sooner or later he will be delighted that you have supplied him (or her) with some fresh, pleasing to the eye, great tasting, food. You giant danios will vanish, and you kissing gouramis will kiss no more. Kiss your fish.........goodbye..................poor little guys.

I would reccomend a small one though.
Cos crabs do not eat live fishes, They eat the dead ones or those incapacitated one lying in the aquarium bed.

Should not be a problem.

I did the same thing, with kind of different fish, and he will probably be pretty aggressive.... they like to stake out spots in the tank.
