In the e. e. cummings poem "i have found what you are like", (which I have only read online) I have seen the eighth line as "deeds of gren thrilling light" and "deeds of green thrilling light"
Is "gren" just a typo on some websites, or is it a word made up by e. e. cummings?

Please do not answer this question unless you actually know, i.e. if you have the poem in a published book. If you are just checking online sources, please list them so I can see them as well.

There is no such word in the English language as GREN.

So by the process of elimination, I can guarantee you the word is GREEN.
