It happens with every computer user.
sitting like duck for long hours gives no movement to neck and lower back. hence it causes pain.
what can be done is to go on through exercise regime. steady flow of blood to these portions can mean a lot to relieve pain.
get your to flex your muscle often.. this can drain down all the back and neck pain.

Turn over on your other side, or otherwise shift positions. Your body will ache if in the same position for very long.
