Nothing, nothing at all! That's the amazing thing about the points. They really don't mean anything (although I guess you could ask 200 questions with 1000 points but who has that many things they need to know?).
What's strange is how one wants to get to a higher level and a higher score. It makes no sense but there you are!

It's useless! It's just an addictive game to get people to share advise with other people. In exchange, you're awarded points which mean nothing! They should have something the points are actually good for...But you do get to ask more questions with more points...
