All people are not prototypes of their sun sign. Your personality is decided by other influences too, like the moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. The other planets also influence to a certain degree. While the sun is the basic deciding factor, the other planets influence aspects of your personality, eg. you actually have 3 signs-rising ascending and descending that all depend o what time of day you were born and the exact alignment of the planets(they're actually can be more than 3 but those are the generality) So although your sign is Gemini)which by the way is your rising) its very likely you're a composition of two others aaswell. Go to astrology.com by kelli fox to find out a little more. As far as them being legit or not, astrology is one of the oldest art-forms.I believe a good astrology can actually read a little insight into everyones life if they're open-minded enough to try to hear it.

Horoscopes like you find in the newspapers and on-line, based on sun signs, are for fun and are inaccurate.
Astrology is accurate when you have a full chart cast and delineated based on your:

Horoscopes if you really sit and take the time to read them are very generalized to the public...What's being said will happen to someone out of the millions who read them, and therefore people believe them to be true.In my opinion sometimes people want what's being said to happen so badly that they make their own fortune.But seriously think about it,look at your horoscope, and think of all the millions who are reading the same one and how general it is stated.Make your own destiny don't let some stranger dictate it to you.

Haha, some people believe them to be true, but I personally don't think they are and they're just a waste of time. Sure, they're fun to read and stuff, but anyone can write horoscopes.

yeah its true but u can t follow everything what the horoscope saying about your sign it depend on your chart,based on your date,place, exact time of birth not just your sun signs.
