Stretchmarks turn white over time, but they won't go away. Although, I have heard that lasers can make them fade more.

maybe other people are different but when i was pregnant with my first i put lotion and stretch mark cream on like 2 or 3 times a day and to this day i have such horrible stretch marks that i'll never be able to wear a bikini again but maybe thats just what happened to me

If you're currently pregnant... use Palmer's Cocoa Butter & Shea Butter cream. If you've already given birth... there's not much you can do but wait. They do faid over time...
If they're really bothering you, visit a dermatologist and ask about a bleaching agent (though I would probably wait it out).
One good indication of what will happen to you is to look at your mom. That will be your best guage.

During her first pregnancy my sister rubbed vasoline on her abdomen and she has almost no stretch marks at all. It worked really good for her.

DURING MY PREGNANCY, I RUBBED COCO BUTTER IN MY BELLY, BREASTS, AND THIGHS, I DID THIS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. LUCKILY I DID NOT GET A SINGLE STRETCH MARK!

Try Maderma. Its for scars but trust me it works wonders! One tube is 25 dollars but it only takes one tube. (At least it did for me!) Available in Walmart
