Im sorry to say that most of the time if the CPU is bad the computer will not boot. However I have had a series of processors that although they have heat related damage and defective cache the computer will not only still boot but will half function correctly. The easiest way to tell is usually running a series of diagnostics test, IE Pc-Doctor or msi. Also parts swapping is another great way to test this. Finally, If the computer is configured correctly and is completely cleaned out with the proper ammount of therman paste and your still getting locking and freezing, Corruption and blue screen the cpu is a likely candidate.

If the cpu isn't good it means the computer won't work again. The cpu is the heart of computer sorry

Well if none of the components in ur CPu work then u better go n buy a new one... But if there's a problem jus with ur system's motherboard or pwer supply, etc then after some repair work ur system will boot otherwise it will not

No, unfortuanately you will have to get a new CPU for the computer as its the main thing that runs the computer.
