How do I adjust it?

I will assume you had a light and code that told you the TPS was bad and you replaced it.

First, You probably do not need to adjust it if it was installed correctly.
You can do a couple of things to help your computer adjust itself.
Disconnect the neg. cable to the battery and leave it disconnected for a few minutes. ( you may need to reset your clock afterwards)
Then start and drive the car. The computer will adjust itself to the new settings as you drive.
If you still have a light on, take your car to a Autozone , O'reillys, or Advanced Auto, and ask them to check you codes and reset them.

Usually no adjustments are nessesary.

Most of them aren't adjustable. Those that are shouldn't be tampered with.

However if you need to set it after fitting a new one, it must be set with an ohmeter to its lowest reading with the throttle closed and should begin to rise the instant the throttle is opened.
