They say that there are 7 deadly sins a human battles to prevent corruption and decay of soul.

1.)Greed
2.)Gluttony
3.)Lust
4.)Pride
5.)Wrath(Vengeance)
6.)Envy
7.)Sloth

Now you`re asking yourself, Do I contain one of this sins or do I have them all?

Honestly, I practically done all the 7 sins and its the reason why I`am stock in a corner of my life thinking that, "is this the end?"

I`ve noticed it recently and I dont think there`s anyway to revert my pureness altogether.

Anyone who can enlighten me with something, be my guess!

Do you have one of these sins? confess and try to let them all out even here.

This is not a religion thing, this is something to clear your thoughts and guilt, to remove all those nasty sins from scowering inside you.

I know some people think that "Sin rocks!", well actually, it clearly states that his/her life has already been defiled.

Anyone....can you help me out?
and by the way....

Final question...Whats your sin?

life is to learn and the sins have been laid out (according to some) to guide you through your lessons. at some point most people will commit all seven. a few will be committed many times. there are also 7 heavenly virtues: faith, hope, charity, fortitude, justice, temperance, prudence. the virtues balance the sins as you learn from one and try to embody the other.

Sorry but shouldn't this have gone in Religion and Spirituality or in Philosophy? Regardless of your attestation that it isn't a religious thing (Or did the Roman Catholic Church not identify/categorise the Seven Deadly Sins...and the Cardinal ones?)?

You lost your innocence the moment you became aware of good and bad, you'll never return to true "purity". aka the Stain of Life, this is something you have to manage and control. Everyone will have enjoyed/endured a state of being greedy, or gluttonous, or lustful, or proud... it is part of the human condition. The only thing we can do is try to minimise the impact of these traits on those with who we surround ourselves.

My chief failing? Sloth at weekends! LOL!

I've done a little of all the 7 to be honest. the least being greed, the most being either gluttony of lust. i use to love being full of wrath. sometimes i like to be like that still, but not as much. mainly because I've realized how stupid the people i was angry at are. i don't really apologize for these actions though. I'm kind of a, as you put it, "SIN ROCKS!" kind of person (as if you couldn't guess by my name). but the thing is, I'm not compulsive with the 7 deadly sins, at least not anymore.

Throughout my life I've probably been quilty of most of the "sins", except for wrath and envy. I'm such a layed-back, relaxed person, that those 2, I can't honestly say I remember an instance of committing. The rest though....hhmmm

At one time or another I have done them all but do not believe they were sin, just stupid choices, immature choices that often have negative and unforeseen consequences. The consequences are often of the "what goes around, comes around" variety. That's it. Nothing more.
I am curious why you did not refer to one of the Biblical renditions of ten commandments. The seven deadly sins, from my understanding, never appeared in the bible.

I have 5 of the 7 now give me my 10 points so I can go boff every guy I see, while eating a whole cake while desiring your boyfriend... never mind I am too lazy for all that, just give me the 10 points.

Guilty of all to varying degrees. Prides the one that's probably hurt me the most. I suck at asking for help. Real wrath I've never acted on, but it nearly ate out my guts to contain a few times.

Wrath might be my sin. After seeing the questions & answers
in the poitical section, I find myself losing it.
I will try to stay away from that section, but no promises.

lust and pride were the two ones that were my big problem. but when i asked Jesus Christ to forgive me of my sins He did. sometimes i struggle with sin but it no longer controls me anymore, because i have God living inside of me. i am a new creation, i am regenerate, Christ make me into a new creature free of sin. my soul is still stuck in this imperfect body that is tainted by sin, but with God's help i can defeat the sin inside of me.
