Go to your local janitorial supply store and they sell Graffiti Remover and that removes all kinds of ink, paint etc, etc. out of alot of fabrics and walls etc .... removes all kinds of stains from all kinds of surfaces......hears a web site that also might help you... http://www.cleanhomejournal.com/cleaning-tips/archive.asp Good luck....

Try rubbing it with lighter fluid usin an old toothbrush. Then wash it by hand before placing it in a washing machine.

Cut out the area that's affected and patch it. Maybe you will start a new fashion or tend.
