okay i check everything and my webcam is still not working....

well.. thts easy.. u just buy another webcam tht will function.

Try restarting. If that did not work, change the cables, if the cables are fine, try the web cam on another computer, if the web cam is still malfunctioning, your web cam is broken and should be replaced or if it is new and is still under warranty, replace it with a new one for free. And ask the retailer (where you bought the web cam) for instructions in full detail.

un-install ur webcam from device manager (right click on my comp. -properties-devicemanager-hardware) & restart ur pc then automatically ur pc will detect ur webcam cancel the installation wizard & run yourwebcam software cd then again restart ur pc then plug ur webcam in working usb port windows popup will appear for driver the just finish the installation wizard

Take it back to the store, maybe it a defective piece.
And you could be more specific on what all you had tried out, so that any missing steps could be suggested.

If it plugs into a USB port, the port could be bad or make sure you have USB 2.0

Did it come with a driver cd, maybe you need to install that too!!
