I just wanted to take 2" off the inseam, I don't want to do it myself because I'd probably mess it up - and they're "7 For All Mankind" Jeans. So I'm not going to mess around with $200 jeans! Anyway, how much to take off 2" and are the results normally good and look natural?

Hey you dork,

They called back and they said that they are licensed with the government to strictly hire 18+ employees. =( Feel bad cause you gave me so much help but i'm trying for it again when i'm 18.

Anyways, i always get my expensive jeans altered cause they are too big in width when its the right length for me. I would never attempt to fix it myself either. And that costs me about $20-$40. For the results, it depends on where you go to get them altered. Mine are done fine, they look as good as it used to be before.

P.S. I love 7 jeans!!

To get jeans shortened in NYC is 10 bucks. I get jeans shortened a lot because i'm short and i know from experience that some places stink and others are good. With 200 dollar jeans i don't think you should risk going for a cheap tailoring so go to a more expensive place and tell them exactly what you want.
