Slap him! Tell him he is useless! call his parents! but keep the kids out of it!! especially if they are still young 14 or younger! because they think its their fault!!
Work it out tho! cousiling! rehab! Tell him how to work it out! why he did it! Just Ask him why he do it? He wouldnt do it without a legit reason!! Sorry to hear about that!
