Call your doctor. Don't be ashamed. The only stupid question is the question you don't ask. When you have your period you have all kinda hormones in there, they cause fatigue, back aches, cramps, nausea, diarrhea, just to name a few things. Your period can last anywhere from 3-8 days! Most women are 5-7 days. If you are having clotting, or abnormally heavy or too light flow, call your doctor, that's what she's for! If you have a man doctor, ask if you can get a female doctor. If your primary care physician isn't knowledgeable on the subject, go to an ob/gyn who specializes in womens' issues. Good luck with that.

Sound like a normal period to me. If you went your whole fertile life and had the exact kind of period each time, that'd be very unusual. In other words, what you describes sound typical for most women. However, the stomach thing does not fit. I think that is a coincidence and you happen to have an upset stomach (for whatever the reason) at the same time as you period. Obviously, if you have worsening symptoms, or continue to spot for an excessive length of time, you should be seen by a doctor.

Spotting? You're not pregnant are you? If you are- you'll have to contact your OB/GYN.

If no, to the above, you'll be fine, it happens to me once in a while. The flow, amount or days can vary greatly with each cycle. If your really concerned and it turns out to be a bigger problem, I'd recommend visiting your gynacologist. He/She may recommend you taking "the pill" to help regulate your period.

You SHOULD be fine!!! Hope this helps some. . .

spotting is usually normal after you're getting off of your period. i would get it checked out if it's been more than your norm which is i guess 7 days. for me it varies greatly from 3 days to 5, sometimes even 7. try relaxing and stretching to relieve your nausea.
