i dunno but it sounds like something is blocked up somewhere, especially if the pain comes only at the times you mention.

I would have him see somebody pretty quickly.

Common causes of testicular pain

There are many possible causes of testicular pain, some of which are more common and some more serious than others. There are eight main types that all men should know something about.
Direct injury
Infection(cause pain in the area of the testicle, which is tender, swollen and hot to touch.)
Varicocele and hydrocele(both lead to discomfort around the testicle, rather than actual pain in the testicle itself. Just like the veins in the leg, the veins that drain blood away from the testicles in the scrotum can become varicose, in which case a varicocele is formed. This feels like a bag of worms at the top of the testicle on the affected side and the veins themselves may be tender to the touch. The discomfort is of a dragging, aching nature, and wearing a supportive pair of pants or a jock strap will help.)

Hernia(The pain, which is usually abdominal rather than scrotal, is usually made worse by movement, coughing or sneezing.)

Torsion of the testicles(excessive twisting does happen and the blood supply is cut off from above. The testicle then swells and becomes acutely painful.)

Blue balls’ of love(Sexual arousal that does not terminate in ejaculation can cause congestion in the sperm carrying tubes, resulting in a dull aching sensation in the testicle)

Kidney stone(A kidney stone on the move from the kidney area downwards to the bladder and out through the penis will usually cause intense sharp pains in the abdomen. However, the pain is commonly referred downwards into the testicle region but the intense suddenness and severity of the pain is very suggestive of a kidney stone.)

Testicular cancer(This rarely causes pain and discomfort)

I have this problem.

I know I don't have any STDs because I have been checked for STDs (even the painful one with the Q-tip up the end of the penis).

I did some research a while ago (though can't find it now) and I discovered that it has to do with the muscle/tendon that pulls the testicle up during the 'cough test'. When you ejaculate it pulls that muscle and if you have really intense orgasms it can pull it or strain it.

With great pleasure comes pain I guess. ;-)

do some googling using some terms like "testicle", "pain", "post-orgasm" etc. You will find it eventually. I thought it was on the Mayo-Clinic site or something but can't remember now. Sorry.

Not to scare you or any thing but you may want to be concerened...tell him to roll his testicles in his hands and feel for lumps and definently go to the doctor...it could be testicular cancer...now this ofcourse is the worst possible cenario i can think of . But still something i felt worth telling you. I'm really not trying to scare you.

Please don't wait for answers here. Be wise and take him to a qualified doctor early the better. However, avoid playing with it also for some time! Good Luck

Infection, disease, cancer...who knows? We aren't doctors. Tell you fiance to go to the doctor and get a workup done.

It is probably an obstruction in the seminal vesicles or the urethera. Better see your doc.

he needs to go see his doctor, could be anything from benign cysts to testiculas cancer...better to get it checked out, might not be serious, but if it is, early detection is the only chance at curing it.......
