You are lucky!! because your eyes are brown you're able to wear ANY eye shadow color you want. People with blue,green, or hazel eyes have to wear certain colors that are complementary to their eye color, but people with brown eyes are able to wear any shade they want, all are complementary with brown.

Brown eyes are neutral so you have the whole spectrum to choose from, it just depends on what look you're trying to go for. To make your eyes standout more try greens (mint, olive and khaki would work well) and purples (lavender usually works best). Also for a more basic look, you can try a plum eyeliner with a matte or shimmery beige eyeshadow.

I would not go for blue but a warm red brown or a lavander. Blue is just tacky!

most of the time i use a very very light green color. like a mint. try brown eyeliner. it makes the eyes stand out more

A light blue would probably make your eyes look great.

smokey green or a dusky blue. Something muted would look really good.
