Ostrich is awesome, and buffalo rocks too.
Ostrich is like beef but softer, leaner than chicken, and a richer taste and smell (w/o hormones etc) and buffalo, the same things but it is richly flavored and nutritious too! :)

I think a cow, properly cooked, is the tastiest animal i've found. Pigs come in second.
