After 11 months, you should go for an evaluation.
There are a variety of treatments available, but they are all specific to existing problems. You asked about drugs, but, for example, if the problem is that your partner's sperm count is low, they won't help you... First find out what (if anything) is wrong and then try to treat it.

If you've been trying for 11 months, you should really see a fertility specialist. Clomid is a prescription drug that seems to work for many people. If you want to try the non-drug route, I suggest charting your cycle for a few months or purchasing a ovulation predictor (can get one at Walmart/Target or most drug stores). Good luck!

Are you keeping track of your period beginning dates and trying to determine your ovulation dates? A saliva ovulation kit worked well for me and is reuseable and affordable at around $20 at the drugstore or wal-mart. You could also take your temperature every day first thing before you leave your bed, and track it on a calendar for a month. Your temp will rise a degree or two just before ovulation occurs. Get a check up at your doctor's and make sure to relax about it. Good luck.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

I once had this problem too. Have you ever heard of trying too hard? Well it's true. Stop trying and worying and thinking about it all the time. Set your mind to something else and it will happen.
