Remain calm... take deep breathes before entering the room.

They are people just like you, they've been where you are. If you get the job you will get to know them. Try to feel comfortable and ask them questions too.

Practice giving oral sex. I've been on two dozen in the past year and have been rejected by them all. Go figure.
