this is more of a statement than a question, but i am 24 weeks pregnant and there is no denying that. my point is that all these young people here need to not use morning sickness as a symptom of early pregnancy diagnosis. I wasn't ever sick before like the 10th week along, and it only lasted till 15th or so. So - no don't think the test is wrong just because ur not puking a week after u missed ur period!!! Or is it just me? please back me up those who have been preg. i didn't notice any symptoms other than PMS times 4 until after the second month.
P.S. - all u people need to just get a test and quit thinking u can tell right away by old-wives tales or symptoms that don't occur until later on.

I didn't get morning sickness at all with my daughter. I only had morning sickness with my sons. With my daughter I had afternoon and evening sickness, but it didn't start until about the 12th week or so. I didn't eat dinner for about a third of my preg W/ her. So, I agree, GET A TEST!!

Much Love!! and congrats on the baby!!

You aren't alone . Some people don't even get morning sickness. They are very lucky. I think with most of mine I was about two monthes pregnant before I got sick. One I had it through the whole pregnancy. We are all different in a lot of respects. Just consider your self lucky that you didn't get sick right away. God Bless you and you baby on the way.

I didn't even find out I was pregnant until I was over 17 weeks pregnant and I NEVER had morning sickness. Don't ever wait to have it to tell if you're pregnant. Get a test and take it as soon as you think you might be pregnant so you can start seeing a doctor right away!

Ok well i was the same way with my son. I only had motion sickness and that was really the only problem i had during the whole pregnacy. Besides the missed period i would have never known other wise. And not evey woman is the same so i dont know why they would go by anything especailly old wives tales. We all know that none of those are true and i think the same thing if you cant handle the prenacy take yourself out of becoming that way. Duh makes sense to me.

I didn't get sick until the day I found out I was pregnant. I was 11 weeks when I had a blood test done and after my appointment we went to eat and I got sick. I never felt anything before that.

I didnt even know i was pregnant until about 4 months (NO JOKE). I had my period for the first 3 months-when it didnt come a month later i checked it out...and well...i was pregnant! but ya, i didnt have an ounce of morning sickness, not even a bit of nausea. I felt great every day, although i got hungrier (duh) but i eat more during the summer anyways, so i gained a teeny bit of weight, so i didnt think anything of it. of course though, 2 weeks after i confirmed my pregnacy i felt him kick for the first time....

anywyas...every pregnancy is different-some people get sick, some dont. some have their periods, soem dont. some peopls breasts grown lots inteh first couple weeks-some dont....if your concerned take a test! it only costs a few dollars and you can rest easily knowing for sure.

You are not alone in this... when I was pregnant with my oldest (who is now 24) I only suffered from Morning Sickness one time. I had eaten a bowl of Coco-Puffs cereal for breakfast right before leaving for work. No sooner than it hit my stomach it made a return visit...
My daughter has NEVER liked Coco-Puffs or any other kind of chocolate cereal to this very day!!!!
But on the other hand...I craved Oreo Cookies and she doesn't like them at all.

During my two pregnancies I never got morning sickness. I got heartburn, and smells bothered, in particular I couldn't stand the smell of bacon frying.

thats a good point but when you're nervous and you're not for sure yet, the old wives tales is pretty much all there is to go on
