Unfortunately Yahoo Answers hasn't crack down hard enough for the immature ones that have nothing better to do that show me they've just lost an Ion in there brain and a few Points off their I.Q.
Where's the mother's that rinse their kids mouths out with soap when there younger to teach them that....Hey...........that's disrespectful!! Obviously not in their room watching them type. I'd be shocked if I had a "wonderful child....then found out some of the things they were typing about! I was bought up not even being to use the word "Stupid" if I was referring to my brother. I think I would have rather chosen Liquid soap instead of bar soap, if given the choice back then. Bar soap gets stuck behind yer teeth...he!he!
Yahoo does try to **** bleep out swear words when giving an answer in many cases. (Obviously NOT on the answerer above me...Sorry!) unless you've learn how to work around the brain of the computer that picks the words up. Even a very few of my jokes have the word

in the punchline but unless it's broken up like "a*s*s*" and other words they will still get out there. For the people that are offended by the more nasty words as I am. (I cringe when I hear my boyfriends potty mouth) those people know that they are playing with fire. I've been reporting people since the first day I started this site and saw beyond brain-dead questions and even more an answers such as "Will you insult me"? To that and to others that I see treating a question with disrespect or even if I read an answer that I'm offended by but isn't even my question...I will stand up as the strong one and say....
" Where's that abuse button? Hmmm! Oh ...yes! Here's it is.
"Click" and Zap.. I'll let them know exactely how I feel.
This site is mean't to be a learning site and a resource for entertainment but when people (lots of teens) abuse the hand that feeds them........I'll step in.
Hopefully in the future..Yahoo will work on this issue if they see enough people like me and others that are constantly paying mind to immature folks that don't want to use theres in a possitive fashion.

it's kind of funny that in the other guy's post dick was not censored because I know that cock is censored (another name for a rooster). I posted an answer about roosters some time ago. I thought it was pretty funny that it had been asteriked out.

Liability.
If this were an adults-only forum, they might be more open to allowing whatever language you want. However, as you know, kids use this forum, and in fact, there are even some adults who are offended by that language.
Also, it is THEIR game. the Internet has plenty of places where you can use whatever language you wish. If you are playing their game, you gotta play by their rules, or don't play.

Because the Internet (for the time being) is still heralded as a place where the people of the world can gather and express themselves freely, and without censorship. How long this lasts is anyone's guess...
